X19 Super Pocket Bike

I just got my x19 super pocket bike and I want to know how much to spend to speed and drive. I am 15 and I am willing to learn how to do that, and I do not really want to break my brand new bike because of me not to go right. please help.

Firstly it is not a motorcycle, it is a toy. if it has a clutch and then pull the lever and turned on. If not, let the engine slow down and put it in gear.
