Why not buy a sun bed and USX Tadpole? I want a tricycle lying. I'm not rich. I test drove a Tadpole Sun & Sun USX was fun, but things seem to work as great as I would expect. I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to talking about bike components. Please share your views on recumbents Sun & / or make other suggestions that will not break the bank. I am a casual rider looking for a tricycle comfortable.
I wrote this a few hours ago:
Sun recumbents on other peoples drawings from inexpensive materials in factories in China. They are generally well done and by far the least expensive recumbents, but they pay for it by being heavy. The EZ-3 weighs 70 pounds. BTW, the EZ-3 USX trike is a lot better and it is only about $ 50 more.
Note that the EZ-3 is a "delta" with two wheels at the rear. He is the best choice for a grocery getter, "from design lends itself to a transport space / rack behind the seat. Although more aerodynamic, more comfortable and better treat the "tadpole" model with two wheels in front. Sun, the ADP EZ-3. It is also heavy, but only about 45 pounds. It is about $ 200-300 more. The tadpoles are much more focused on performance (and more fun).
Suns recumbents are good starter. They are very robust and retain their value well. There is a whole world of performance where triking Suns are fun. But when you can sell a Windcheetah of $ 5,000 to $ 1,500 these sneers do not make much sense.
FYI, you should be paying less than $ 900 for the EZ-3, $ 950 for the EZ-3 USX and $ 1,200 for the EZ-3 DAT.

If you want to compare, try a Whizwheelz. It's a tadpole and a very good value for money. Much lighter and only slightly more expensive, it is more EZ-3 ADP, but it still suffers from cheap components. They both have the same construction (good) quality-wise.
But to go to a real quality trikes, two large is roughly the starting point for a Catrike. Greenspeed and Trice start around 3 major Windcheetahs and start at over 4k.
I'm going with the person above
