Should I buy a folding bike or a non-issue? I'll do a bike tour in Canada, at least 50 km per day for three weeks and I need to buy a bike for this purpose.
A folding bike would be appropriate that I should not have to pay $ 20 extra to take on a Greyhound bus.
It is possible to do this tour on a folder or is it really uncomfortable / practice?
I looked Strida or Dahon Cadenza or Tournado
I want to get a folding not because its going to be probably better. thats a lot of riding and you want a good bike, not a must. Remember, its about the actual race, not the time between the two. over $ 20 isn't really
I agree, do not sacrifice ride comfort for convenience. The 20 dollars is not worth it. Sounds like a fun trip and a traditional framework should maintain the status quo.
Nice choice folding! (You might also consider bicycle Friday)
Dahon Cadenza looks like a good choice for your situation. Can be converted into other things later.
Verify that you can fold this up in time to travel, and this trip will be folded for little money or not.
You should be able to do 40 miles per day on this, we had people pass on Schwinn 5 speed through the mountains of Kentucky. You'll be fine.
