Whether or not you're an aficionado of mountain biking, there is something for everyone in this world of action, impressive riders, and higher adrenaline.

For those of you not familiar with the mountain bike all things, a brief history. If you really want to go back and get to the nitty gritty of cycling, you should take a look at the late 60s. Look no further than Aaron Bartlett and Paul Roberts, whose filmmakers eagerly awaited sequel to the popular "Foot Out Flat Out", "Foot Out Flat Out 2 - Fast and Loose" is slated for release on DVD November 23, 2009 . This film features a mountain bike race hill at the highest level at the UCI World Cup and World Championships. The film was shot on three continents and offers viewers many articles runner (including downhill and MotoX).

In the coming year, bikers should look for the Alpine Bikes Winter Series. Borderline Events and Innerleithen has partnered with Alpine Bikes, Trek, Fox Racing and to offer a new downhill run three competitions to be held at Innerleithen in Scotland. The courses offered will be a mixture of all, older tracks will be updated and new sections will be built. The competitions will be held on January 30-31 February 20-21, and 13-14 March 2010.
