Road Bike ShoesHow much of a disadvantage is it to get MTB shoes instead of road cycling shoes for a road bike?

It seems that there are many differences of shoes from one brand to another, if the shoes are made for the road bike or mountain bike. Some MTB shoes seem more comfortable for everyday use or for walking. What shoes to get down mountain bike for a road bike?

No disadvantage. They have an advantage that you can walk. Thus, for normal driving, they are much better options. I have been cases where parts of the plant of some mountain bike shoes to interfere with road pedals, so check this before you buy, or be prepared to make some changes.

There are no disadvantages unless you are a very competative runner who needs the added benefit of winning.
