Is this a good job jersey away whisking sweat on a bike ride along? Otherwise, would it be? Reasoning question:
-Can 't afford bike jersey
Not competing in the Tour de France
"Will just good clothing for use on bike rides (an occasional 20-40 miles)
Ok, I think you are asking what kind of shirt draws sweat from your body to keep you cool - plus a classic jersey. If this is your question, you can get either under armor or hot Nike gear. They are similar to the breathable cycling jerseys are. The problem is they are generally the same price as cycling jerseys. You can go to many sporting goods stores and buy basic (nothing fancy) shorts and cycling jerseys. Some of it is pretty good. The other option is to shop close outs places like Performance Bicycle (. Com) If you are not hard to color or lack of graphics, they sell stuff on the nearly 50% of the original price. I bought 12 million shorts and jerseys $ 15 there before - which is the price T-shirt.
Clothing manufacturer Nike Dri-FIT is nice and fairly cheap ... website below.
You certainly do not need a jersey for wicking. Any type of synthetic fabric designed for moisture management work. Another respondent said, Nike makes good shirts. So does Under Armour and others.
Beyond strand, however, a jersey is specially designed with cyclists needs in mind. They are near the body to reduce aerodynamic drag. The back is cut long so that your background to be exposed when it is folded over the handlebars. Most have a set of rear pockets for carrying food, extra drinks, cell phone, keys, etc. The zip front lets you let the air more or less comfortable to hold. (Keep in mind, however, for better aerodynamics, keep the jacket zipped up.)
Hope this helps.
I agree with McG, cycling clothes even cheaper are the best bet! - It's what they were designed for!
In my opinion, cycling clothes cheap clothes are better than non-specific!
I do not know if Lidl and Aldi you where you live but twice a year each of these supermarkets are promoting cycling gear - they usually sell in a couple of hours after the store opens. (I myself have been guilty of waiting at 8:30 in the morning "until the store opens - they do things right!)
.
Look for deals on things last season. go to your LBS (local bike shop) im Wil Thay you rack Cledrance. Trust you'll be finding a good deal
but if your rideing 20-40 miles id spend the money on the train, you can be happier in the end.
As far as power evacuation of perspiration, I do not think that many jerseys do better a job than other types of shirts, but there is a big difference. cycling jerseys are sewn so they are most comfortable when aa slight crouch as you are on a bike. For example, if you look at a jersey with his back hangs a few inches further forward. Therefore, a jersey can be more comfortable for a longer ride than other shirts.
I tried riding with T-shirts etc. They do not work as well as a dedicated jersey. However, you can try to buy a base layer. It works like armor in a manner so that the sweat out but do not go back. Prices vary. Expect to pay £ 30 again, but I took one in the local sales for £ 7. However, keep your eyes to Lidl. Their speed bike is not too bad and it does not stay on the shelves too long. I pantyhose, shoes, and a thermal jacket. Do not touch the shoes well, or a clip in peddles. The price of the shirts: £ 7. Jacket £ 15. Headwear CAP + £ 5.
You can also try Aldi.
