If you want to create a luxury accommodation and leisure community in these economic times, you can view a greeting something like this: two Fortune 500 CEOs to homeowners, more than 2,000 acres of land in some countries America's most pristine and nearly 10 miles of infrastructure and utilities installed before the first house was built. Most of all, you might wish for a golf dome, designed by the greatest player in history.
After touring the grounds of Red Ledges luxury homesites at the one hour north of Salt Lake City, you begin to wonder if maybe the promoters of this exclusive four seasons Heber real estate community have a genie in a closed bottle somewhere. It is difficult to imagine anything else they might want to make the place better, and this applies to the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf superb at the heart of development.
Facilities Red Ledges
Although about half of the luxury residences, over 1200 in Red Ledges have already been sold, most for the moment, the equipment (and all the houses) are still emerging. The list of what is yet to come, however, is still almost overwhelming.
In the next two years, residents have access to a nine-hole Jack Nicklaus Short, Jim McLean practice and teaching facility, Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy, a spa, swimming pools, fitness center, equestrian center attached more than 3,000 acres contiguous open space trails, hiking, biking and horseback riding, mountain views breathtaking, access near Deer Valley Ski Resort areas and excellent fly fishing rivers in several rivers nearby.

Red Ledges: How it plays
Red Ledges is the current 200th U.S. by Nicklaus Design, and the Golden Bear brings all his experience to this spectacular site and difficult.
The track measures 7,653 yards from the Titanic tip with a course rating of 77.2 and slope stratospheric 153 tips. Fortunately for us mere mortals, however, every hole offers four or five sets of tees, and tees from 5190 forward.
Wherever Tee It Up golfers, but anyone can play a stunning route that starts at the top of the homonymous red edges - cliffs of sandstone cathedral that dominates the liquidation, channels heaving. The departure of the first 427-yard hole is perched some 300 feet above the first driveway. It is an opening hole that you never forget.
In fact, it may be one of the most memorable being the most visitors here will never play. A beautiful view after another players welcome on almost all t. In the 468-yard, par-4 third, the tee is located behind the second green, overlooking the Heber Valley, the area will be the Short Course, and two different paths.
