My mayor of my city told my daughter not to ride his little MX 350 dirt bike power from Wal-Mart on the road! Is it illegal to ride in the streets?

to a legal street bike like that, it must have headlights, flashing brake light, and a license plate.

but its not worth the cost because a lot of money and I think you can do on such a small bike. SORRY
