Razor Dirt Bike

We bought our son a bike for Christmas Razor Dirt. Is there anyway to adjust the slower speed while learning to ride a horse? Thank you very much for your help!

I'm not familiar with the brand. Most settings are on the handlebar by the throttle. If it is a Chinese brand, so good luck and shame on you.
