Pocket Bike Helmets

I am wanting to buy a pocket bike (mini moto) and I was wondering if they are street legal, if you need a license and if you needed a signal will be under 50CC bike lights.The and I'll wear a helmet.i be either riding on the roads back to school, work etc.I live in the St. Louis County MO terrestrial.

No license is required. Pocket bikes are toys and are not street legal and rolling on the sidewalk, or anywhere else, but on private property. They are simply too small to be seen by other vehicles and they are not required safety equipment.

Your best bet for transportation is a scooter under 50cc which requires a valid driver's license to ride. Any 50cc and would require a motorcycle license, title, plates, registration, inspection of state security, insurance, and a DOT-approved helmet when riding.

A large number of super pocket bikes are street legal, but for a 49cc is faster than 30 mph, it has the same requirements as a 50cc scooter.

They are not the first street legal, according to the police where you are, you may be wasting time on the roads.

Less than 50 CC doesn't mean tags are and whether the wheels are smaller than 10 inches you do not need a license either. I did lots of research for my younger brother. We had to have smaller wheels to make it legal for him.

usually arent pocket bikes street legal at all ...
but if you go do something on the street, which has license plates, then you do need a license ..

nope they are not street legal and you do not need a license .. I think you will be allowed to ride it just does not do anything dumb
