Panama City Bike Week

For a few days, but at some point during the first two weeks of August ... I try to avoid any major event that would be a huge noisy crowd spring break (which is the spring, duh, but printing) or week of bike "or something that hotels do not crowd the beaches, etc. with loud music and rowdiness ... Just looking for a nice quiet beach / adventure vacation relaxing here ..
