Are there any violations of parking a motorcycle in an area bordered near a bicycle rack? Is this a way of fire? April 16 was my Harley parked in the area bordered near the bicycle child, I was at home when the boss apartment reqested it towed without warning. I had parked there last summer with no problems, she said tow company said it was parked in a fire lane and may be fined if it wasn't moved. It came a 9 and my bike was towed to 11.45, without warning or notice. I was driving myself crazy trying to find out if I was notified. The bike was parked all day yesterday, I advised the regional manger and get no response. If this is a way to fire then why children bike carriers in the region? There is no sign of fire lane and no parking signs. someone please let me know if I can take this to civil court and fight for $ 191.00. I do not know where to go with it. Other vehicles had warning before being towed, why didn't I? This is a new director and I never had any problem before. isn't the bike parked here. was visiting
The bikes are vehicles registered and must follow the rules state you're in. This means you can not ride on sidewalks and must park in designated parking areas in most states. Check the rules at the Registry of Motor Vehicles in the state where you
Your bike is like a car you can park where cars can park or specially designated for motorcycle.
Just because you "Got Away" with something last year does not mean it is right or you have been warned.
You are an adult who chooses the enormous responsibility of driving a motorcycle. Take your responsibility and do not give the rest of us riders a bad reputation.
I do not give a shit, we all have "fled" by sliding our bikes in a less visible, but we knew at the time was a risk.
Thank you!
You can contact the police or DMV. I do not know about the little passage of fire, but most often lined such areas which are intended to be released. Thus, no parking.
