What kind of cleats should I do these shoes work with these pedals?

You can either require different shoes or pedals different. Your shoes with spikes accommodate a 2-bolt pattern. The pedals need to show a hook that takes 3 bolts to secure. Your shoes and pedals are incompatible with each other.

LOOK cleats requires a motive to three screws on the bottom of the shoe.
Shoes you bought are only two bolts for SPD cleat.
