Mate, There is an old saying that says "You can not make a silk purse with a sow ear.
It is not 100% correct though. If you change anything that smells of pork, you can end up with a fantastic lap. You just have to ask, it is worth the cost?
Even if your frame, crank and fork are a little pig, the bike is nothing like it started life as. The weight of these parts will not slow you down too. The bike is not terrible.
It could cost you a bit to change the frame, fork and crank, if you want to make a better bike (silk purse). If you still have all original parts joker, they could return together as a spare or sell it.
Here's what I do. Get your bike to a level that you are happy with. Keep an eye on the parts that wear out or that you covet. When you see something too good to refuse her jaw.
Remember that it is not the best bike that wins, it is the best rider. Then spend your time riding instead of shopping or worrying about your bike.
Fun
