Heated Bike Gloves

Heated Bike GlovesI'm not comfortable with cycling gloves sports Anyone think the same?

I can not feel safe, as im on the bike with gloves, I might feel insecure that my hands to slide the throttle with gloves, I do not want to one with the bike, as the bike is part of my body, I want to feel every vibration, every movement.
Riding buddies make fun of me riding gloves, I refuse to wear them even in cold weather, and if my hands were too cold, I just reach my hand down on the hot engine to warm, heated grips, do like it because they get too hot.

All in your mind.

One summer, I wore flip flops for driving. Then, for no reason I started to drive barefoot. He then very numb because driving with shoes.

Then winter came and I (without thinking) was driving with my winter boots and now I return to driving with my shoes (and do not even think about it).

So, somewhere / some time you used to riding without gloves. Now, it just doens't feel right.

But if you used gloves again, it will become "normal".

PS cold fingers are numb and slow to respond to your reflexes. danger. "

I wear gloves all the time when I ride, and personally, I feel very attached to my bike. I have gloves that allow the flow of air in summer. Some keep my hands warm in spring and autumn, and a pair for the winter (rarely used).

Now, the heated grips are best used with gloves for the reason that you said. The most heated grips will control the power. If the handles get hot, it is preferable to deal with the option of reducing the temperature.

I think your friends feel differently gloves the first time they have to come down and spend some time drawing with broken glass and gravel from their palms. It's just not funny!
Ride Safe

You can get away with not wearing a helmet. Maybe you will not achieve your head. You can get away with not wearing a jacket. Maybe you can not get off at full speed. But when you go down, even if it is in the parking lot, you will stretch out your hands to try to break your fall. It is a universal human reflex, one that martial arts years trying to get rid of. And that's where you end up with skin grafts mentioned above.

I wore gloves in the past but I prefer no gloves if possible. I used to live and ride in Las Vegas NV. Cold in winter, very hot in summer, do not touch the metal when the sun shines on the summer or it OUCH!

Do not listen to peer pressure, it's your life not theirs.

It was in the late 70s and it's a different world now, but if you really want one with the machine, wear tennis shoes, cut pants, t-shirt. Let the Air Force base, pop open a cold can of Fosters beer and place between the legs on the seat. It takes exactly one Fosters to get to Lake Mead.

Yeah yer gonna feel one with the bike once you get off and your hands are hamburger and the nerves are gone and your hands look like "The Mummy" for six months and they did skin grafts and buttocks are now your palms and each time you wipe the sweat of your brow, you're reminded how you wipe your ASSS on your head.

You need gloves with no padding winter. Go to your local shop or motorcycle accessories motorcycle shop. Ask to try on several pairs "are rare for riding summer, not winter."

Bart, there was bad editing on the gloves. Try different, not the kind cumbersome, but the kind of conduct that are thin with little padding on the palm. Some dep.
