Exercise Bike

Exercise BikeExercise bike?

I am buying an exercise bike from Argos tomorrow, because I did not have much money I planned to buy one for about £ 70.

I just wanted to know if the bike is any good or is it really too cheap? i plan to use it for 30 minutes every day

I bought mine from Tescos and it costs about the price too. I would say they are great for exercise as long as you use at least 2-3 times per week for at least a period of six months. You start at low temperature, then build your strength by increasing the force towards the end of each session - a step-up each week until you can cycle the max wager. Start with the bike for only about 10 minutes, then set up the time or distance gradually. You must be disciplined and follow to get the most benefit - has lost a stone and the other half and put on some muscles Nice.

bikes do not burn many calories

why not get a real bike and use it to go to work or to shop or visit friends ... Not only you're exercising, but you will save money and the environment too!

Do not waste your money!

Everyone I know who has purchased an order of use in the weeks and they are useless for exercise!

For £ 120.00 you can get a good mountain bike?

Hey
£ 70 sounds just too cheap to buy a quality exercise bike - what everyone has in mind when they buy stuff home exercise equipment do you see in the gym, which is heavy and costs hundreds or even thousands of pounds. If I were you, I would buy a bike and use that for 30 minutes a day, or get a gym membership and use that for half an hour a day. Wait a while until you can afford something decent before you cum home gym equipment and seek proper consumer advice before doing so! Good luck!

I have a multi-gym, treadmill, rowing machine, stepper, Air Walker and I have not the strength to use when I get home from work

It works perfectly. Its really up to you and how much time you put into it. Personally, I would recommend a real bike so you can enjoy the outdoors as you ride. But a stationary bike has its purpose to. You should make comparison shopping a lot in person and online, you can save more money. But at the end of the old adage rings true ~ you get what you pay for. Thus, you may wish to spend a little more and get a better model. The important thing is that you use one you get regularly. They usually end up as one piece to hang things on, etc. Enjoy your walks! :)

Do not listen to them, a bike is great as long as you do not pedal a few times and leave the coast ..... you have to pedal fast enough, but does not kill you, and you will see a difference .....

Hello anyform of excercise will work, and if you do it for 30 minutes then it's what's recommended. The only thing wrong with buying one for a low price it is perhaps not the voltage settings on it, so you will not be able to make it more difficult for you to peddle once you've resorted to peddling on a voltage precific. But you never know, it may be cheap, but it could have different settings, and even a computer to this topic. Just read about it. But by all means it works and is 70 pounds is not bad for you first bike with. You may beable to save for a better, or another type of exercise equipment in the future.

dosnt matter low price, it is how hard you work on what I knew Somone who Aday 15 minutes to load a loss paid a Tenner 4, second hand

I suppose there is better than no exercise. But they make good clothes horses disappeared after the news. And it will be!

Yeah I agree with smiley, the novelty soon wears off and you're left with an expensive clothes horse. Its also very difficult to stick to a diet a bit as there are too many distractions around you to home you give them too much of your time.

I used to use but soon felt.
