I want to get checks every month. I try to show me how to use this program. It is going slowly. Select the column you want to name. Then, click Insert on the main menu bar. By going to name, then the label. In the same row select column label / .... then give it a name.

Right click on the header of the column. It will allow you to change the name.

Well for what you need, you seem to ask about Formerly LISTS knowlwn databases (in Excel). Create your lists with a header row (which would have the names of your columns: Name, such as, gender, etc.)
Select your list, then go to the Data menu and select the create command list!
