What's best for toning, lifting the Butt: elliptical or bike? & + Why?
I really hate my butt and I want your flat and lift for the summer
I have 2 in 1 elliptical / bike i dont know which one to use my butt
Im going to exercise for 30 minutes every day.
will I see results within a month?
I've always been fittness (my parents raised me on this)
Honestly what works best for me is to hit the runway. Just good old running I was also a swimmer in high school and swimming is amazing for your body, but most noticably on my belly and buttocks. I swam for 3-3 1 / 2 hours a day for practice and noticed a difference in two weeks. but since its hard to find that the more time ruinning works best for me and if i cannot I get Wii Fit and run in place with one race and not free ups
