Is there a Honda bike mechanic there who can explain how the extract works on my Honda Dominator Not sure of your bike, but its some sort of mechanical / centrifugal device.
The XL/XR350, XR400, I belive similar but smaller version.
There is a bobweight integrated into the camshaft that operates on the right front rocker with a link to an axle semi-circular, I think it is completely offline at approximately 300 rpm
It is possible to remove, but not a good idea unless you fit a manual decompressor
