Dinotte Bike LightsWhat are the best bar mounted LED lights for mountain and road bike?

I am waiting for a Dinotte 400L for use on my helmet. I returned an Trinewt NR because the cord come unplugged during operation.
I just want to lithium ion batteries for cold weather riding. I'm looking at Tec Princton, 600 or 800L and Dinotte light and movement Seca 700 models at this time. Anything I should know the quality, customer service maintenance, etc. Any other good ones I'm missing? I live on the east coast of the United States so I prefer something in the country for parts, and accessibility.
