Cycling Backpack

I saw this backpack that Chrome roll wasn't.
It was black with a sheet of clear plastic in the middle

do not know if high roller is the name, but same shape

What this backpack called? Or the brand?

Not enough to pass. I would say you saw a bag of hydration (water bag in a backpack). They are widely used by bikers mounbtain so they can carry (and access) of water when you ride in the rough.
