Astana won the team today in the Tour of California. All the runners finished, but they were the only team that finished the race every nine days. Is it time runner Top fiver?

The team award is calculated on the total duration of 3-4 finishes (depending on race) for each team.
There is also a rule for the majority of visits that the team must start a minimum number of riders each day.
For the Grand Tours, it is five riders must start, or the whole team is eliminated.
