Should I install the brackets to put saddlebags on my bike? Where can I buy the bags and put them on. I have a bike crusier style.
I used bags thrown over for years without any problem.
But I have attached an aluminum plate on the back of each bag, as large as possible. This adds rigidity and a bit of weight to keep the bags hanging right and down. A couple of holes in the bottom edges to give me somewhere to attach to.
It depends. Most cruisers use panniers hooks, but there are "throw-off" that do not support. Take-over panniers are more frequent in the world of sports bike, but there are styles for cruisers.
It is common practice to install saddlebag supports to prevent the bags from getting sucked into the slot and keep the bags flop scrape mud and bumps.

Yes, you will need brackets or supports to keep the bags hit against the rear wheel.
Here's a site where you may be able to find for your bike: http://www.jpcycles.com/groups.aspx?LID = ...
The media give the bags look better, but you may be able to do without them. They cost about $ 75. You may be able to tie your luggage to a part of your bike, I like to use straps.
