While the spacing of the discs with respect to the feet must be the same on most platforms because of the very fine tolerances in the adjustment disc brakes would be very happy if you do not adjust stirrups a bit. Fortunately Avid calipers best use and easier to adjust connections while at worst it should be a job two minutes to realign the brackets. Another thing to keep in mind is that the wear plates of discs and vice versa if you use wheels set "A" for one week then switch to the "B", then it will take some time for platelets to bring to the new disks before you get a power of 100% new.
