Is that asking too much? Firstly, I have a girlfriend, and I do not use Yahoo Answers as a dating site. I simply ask for advice a close friend who thinks much like I do. The guys can chime in if they wish, but I'm looking for responses from women.
My friend would like a woman who meets these criteria:
No children (already grown, or never have).
Looks do not matter much, as she has something attractive about her (smile, or other). It is not looking for a trophy.
Not high maintenance. I do not want him to have a girlfriend waiting for him to be his call 24 hours. It needs time for his friends (including me), and 50 hours per week employment.
It must be able to agree with another woman. We have never been able to date women can resist sitting at the table with each other.
It must be pretty athletic hiking, Spelunker, repel, cycling and other sports. In other words, not so fat, skinny or she can not do physical activities.

He would do better by listing it all on a dating site. E-Harmony is very detailed and can accommodate all desires that you have listed here. Other sites are usually not enough to ask you match your perfect person. But do not waste time w / E-Harmony unless your friend is single or divorced. (And not just separated, or they drop you off).
I am 9 of 15 criteria ... just to give you an idea. I think it's possible it may find a woman with most of these qualities, but perhaps not all.
Yeah, ummm probably not. His needs are changing, ... as it matures ....
You may be wondering a little too one person ... if he finds someone he likes, does it really matter if she can not ride a bicycle?
No child can be a problem.
Passport, no smoking, no drugs are not a problem.
His demands of sport can be a bit much for a woman over 40, unless it has been in this kind of thing for some time.
Sex, but not married. Umm, it's the 00s, which is not a problem.
Other than the issue of children, and athletic ability it looks like he is looking "Ms Average"
