Bicycle Madness

Bicycle MadnessI am furious and I want an answer!

When all this started, I never realized what I had to pass. So I decided to tell you what I found so many years in the hope that it will help somehow.

Unfortunately, I have no guarantee of a cure, but maybe I can provide assistance and an overview.

Recently, during a presentation in California. a researcher at the Mayo Clinic confirmed that MS is an autoimmune disease, and there is a strong probability that it is not caused by a virus or bacterium.

Indications pointed to a biochemical imbalance causing a combination of sensitivities to the environment. That, to me, could explain all the different types and levels of disability progression.

They were vague on whether it can be triggered by foods artificially fertilized lack of essential nutrients, pollution are not easily observed, as mercury, carbon dioxide or the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the entire technology permeates our airwaves, such as TVs, computers, cell phones. etc.

Whatever the cause, they narrowed down to an issue that grow near the equator. The farther you were growing up, the more likely you could get

Now I see they are online flickering back to "autoimmune" rhetoric. What happens? I saw a moment of clarity, erased by something that I personally do not think a lot sense.l

British researchers have found a drug against leukemia, called alemtuzumab. Yet another drug that slows the progression of relapsing-remitting MS. No cure. Another immunomodulator, leaving users vulnerable to disease.

What MS really? Is it simply a disease? There are so many events that are so varied, I wonder if there is a multitude of similar but different neurological diseases all grouped under a title proper.

The things I've discovered since food is involved, whether of animal protein or fat, gluten free cereal (found in wheat, rye,. Oats barley, etc.), dairy (milk, cheese, eggs), and yeast, diet does influence the symptoms.

Each individual has to pursue their own trial and error study, and approach it as you would approach food allergies. It was determined that controlling your diet and exercise as much as possible will help relieve your symptoms.

There are books and websites written about schemes MS. The two who have influenced me the most are by Roy L. Swank and Roger MacDougall, etc.

Robert O. Young, PhD presents a different slant on plan.

However I would tread carefully. Many theories are flying around. So be careful.

I still can not walk, but have not given up. I use a stationary bike in my own power (I used the computing power necessary to help.) I am slowly improving. I also try to use a daily three-pound weights to exercise my upper body. The times vary depending on my energy level. I am now trying to find a way to allow the parallel bars to help with my foot.

Regarding supplements, I take B-3, B-6 and B-12 twice a week, 2 full glyconutrient twice a day and evening primrose oil per day.

Regarding my diet, I avoid gluten, dairy and eggs, although I do occasionally eat something that could contain an egg and sometimes I cheat. Unfortunately, I have always paid the price with fatigue, tremors, loss of coordination increased numbness. Although my diet has stopped my leg and spasms associated. pain that was excruciating, I have not found anything, whether medicinal or food, or to stop my shaking nystagmus (I call pompoms "eye" for want of a better word.).

I can calm them down, however.
