Bicycle Handlebar Bags

I have a huge and heavy 16 LED flashlight that works. But hey, it's huge and heavy, and D cell batteries rattle ... if they last over time. Suggestions? I do not spend more than 30 ish. Need for rapid release and usable with a handlebar bag in place also.

Try this light, it is a little more money 34.95 but it will do what you want and store the ship. You can get the phone number from the site. Power on cycles, just too let you know its a bike shop in bed. Mark and Linda are great powers to deal with.
