Bicycle Fitting Systemsbicycle assembly instructions

Riding a bike is a great way to get fit, save money and keep the planet green. However, due to comfort issues, people do not bike as often as they wish. We describe how it should be a bike to anyone. Following the instructions easy to understand pictorial will also be cycling at least 10% faster. Part I of the adjustment rod Modified stem angle to make sure you're sitting on your seat bones. Riders push that too far to reach the handlebars will lift their sit bones of the saddle. Many of these riders misdiagnose the discomfort of a problem with mounting saddle. Bring the rod near the shoulder allows the rider to sit on their sit bones and solve problems more comfort. Follow the remaining steps for optimum comfort. Step # 1 Look at the stem and decide on the changes you want to do. Step # 2 Loosen the 5 mm on the rod to change the angle of 0-60 degrees. Step # 3 Change the rod angle as you wish. Lift the top corner, nearly 60 degrees, if you want to stand. Make the angle close to 0 degrees, if you want to get into a tuck position. Step # 4 Tighten the Allen screw. Step # 4 (optional) Riders who want to go completely upright, emulating a cruiser bike can do on a Downtube folding. First remove the handlebar stem by removing the four bolts 4mm Allen. Then, loosen the two Allen screws that hold the 5mm rod head tube. Turn the rod to point to the driver. Then tighten the two Allen screws 5mm fixing the stem to the fork. Step # 5 Squeeze the handle to the right by pressing the shifter in it. This gives you the right cables more space to bend naturally. Step # 6 Move the brake lever to the shifter cables to give a more natural curve. Step # 7 Replace the handlebar with four 4mm Allen bolts. Once the stem of the bike should look like the image below. CAREFUL not to bend the cables when you do this. Once completed, you will feel comfortable bike on a folding bicycle suspended. Part II Saddle angle adjustment Adjust the seat angle so it will be below the level of compression of the mass riders. If it is not comfortable you must set the angle down on the seat no more than 5 degrees. Stools that have an angle upward almost always uncomfortable. In addition, with a wide angle downward (10 degrees) the rider slipping off the saddle while pedaling annoying. Step # 1 Look at the saddle and decide on the changes you want to do. All adjustments must be made during the post is on the bike. Do not remove the seatpost to adjust .... it will probably end up comfortable. Step # 2 See the 6mm bolt seatpost on the underside of the Step # 3 Loosen the 6mm bolt saddle with an allen wrench. Turn counterclockwise to loosen. Step # 4 Once the bolt is loosened the seat can slide fore and aft. If you have short arms by pushing forward will be more comfortable. If you are tall with long arms, you must drag all the way back. Step # 5 Adjust the seat angle by tilting the seat up or down. Ideally, the saddle should be level when riding. Keep in mind the weight compresses the riders behind the saddle, where the front must be tilted down at an angle of 5 degrees (while not supporting a rider). Step 6 Tighten the Allen screw 6 mm by turning clockwise. Stage III seatpost height adjustment of the correct saddle height will allow the pilot to go faster with less force pedaling. The leg riders can never be completely straight while pedaling, it can cause cartilage damage, if the leg is locked in the upright position. In addition, the legs should not be too much of a turn while driving. A large bend at the knee will be pedaling hard and will not be good for the joints (it is highly likely to cause pain in the knee). At top dead center position away from the foot of the hip, the rider must.
