Bicycle Arm Warmers

Bicycle Arm WarmersDo you wear while surfing techniques on bikes in town?

Technical Clothing: Spandex Shorts, jerseys, tights, shoes, cleats, arm and leg warmers, gloves, these "off the wall socks" and a helment.

Personally, I recommend wearing a helmet in ALL situations. After biking for years and technology for the last 5 years, I find it extremely important to wear a helmet, even if your goal is to ride a mile on the road. Although helmets can not always save lives, just as seat belts, but the chances of surviving an accident with a helmet is always much more than survive without it.

Regarding the shorts, singlets, etc. depending on the race. If I plan to ride a short distance, a journey from my house to a friend 5 minutes ... no. But should I be riding in the city and on the bike for an hour, I recommend a pair of padded shorts. There is nothing worse than feeling pain when you get the saddle on the bike the day after a long journey. Therefore, I tend to wear shorts, pants or cold weather, quite often. Same goes for gloves, shoes, clothing and all the other bikes.

no way. need to release

if it's a short hop, then no, if one lap then yes

I do, and it depends if I'm riding to train then yes, I'll wear anything, but if I'm riding my bicycle to go somewhere to socialize, then no.
