Basil BikeIs my weight, diet, exercise routine well! ..?

hey guys little confused if I am the right weight and height of my body! I feel good and I've lost a lot of weight last year, I now weigh 8 Peter 7 and I'm 5ft 3 is this possible or do I lose more weight? I put weight on its unreal so easy, so I'm really scared to eat more than I Incase I put on weight. Many people say I look great but now im toning I weigh 8 stone but I look too skinny?, I'm going over in March for the holidays and birthdays go abroad so im inclined to put on a few books but I know once I get back to my routine, they loose their habit I'm a little obbssed with Caloire and count everything I eat, but thats just a habbit I guess ! .. I go out for a Sunday dinner valentines courtyards and 3 A calorific BT hopes, if I eat very well all week he cannot move and put on like 4 pounds in one day now!
heres what I eat properly in general on a typical week (Friday I went out and a meal of what I want for example lasgna garlic bread, pasta or curry) .. I work weekends so its imposible to do the exercise with the hours I work, but im all week.
Tuesday
Breakfast weet ABIX chopped 2 small banana and a cup of tea just a little sugar milk teasppoon half.
walked for 2 miles
Lunch tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, a package of mini ryveta, an orange
snack before Gym 2 ryvetas with a piece of ham, celery and cucumber.
gym for 1 hour 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes rowing, 15 minutes of exercise bike!
dinner soup bowl weight observers tomato and basil, a whole wheat pita bread

marry
breakfast-2 Weetabix with skimmed milk and chopped banana Cup of tea as before.
walked for 2 mile pace as quickly as possible.
Full breakfast breadcake not filled with butter lettuce and a slice of ham with the fat took off, an orange.
Dinner 1 grilled chicken breast great salad dressing fat free and a full hot pita bread.

Thursday
Weetabix breakfast 2 chopped banana 1 cup of tea as before
walked 2 miles N half fast
breadcake full breakfast, salad, no butter and bits of cooked chicken. 1 orange
dinner bowl Weight Watchers Mexican bean soup spoon full of peas pita
I then went to the gym trainer and do 20 minutes of the Cross, 20 minutes bike execise

Today I weighed myself and I lost a pound so now 8 stone 7 is that ok im going out tonight for a birthday, but only have two vodkas and coke diet so that it will probably ruin im dreading Sunday and the full meal, but I can burn it i cannot!
I eat enough and I do anyhting else, im afraid to eat more to gain weight! I eat this daily regime genearlly outside Friday Nites I have been a meal on Sunday and I have been mashed chicken n vegetables!.
What do you expect?
im also on tomz dinner to meet my boyfriend and friends at work at 6 then im going to have
skimmed milk breakfast 2 Weetabix
banana snack
Lunch (custom work boots will have chicken salad sandwich shapers 287cals 4.9 fat) 35cals pineapple
tuna steak dinner jacket potato and salad (this option is ahealthy advertising we did e is also a good option, but its beautiful.
then on Sunday the bad day with food so scared!
Im just worried about not gaining weight, I mad because everyone's talking about i but its always in my head!

Yes acai berry is helpful for losing weight if you want, but I think you're not much more weight and your diet is really good. I need to learn from you on how to maintain a proper diet as expected, lol

Personally, I think, not much deep thinking about weight because it fluctuates all the time. Exercise good or yoga to maintain the shape of your body

omg ur are perfect, very normal and healthy weight. u should lose weight, and the plan ur way of eating and exercise is good too.
